Job Description
Redefine delivery in loss adjusting platforms by using AI as the default way of working across analysis, design, and implementation.
Focus: speed, technical depth, and hands-on execution across claims, billing, and payment flows.
Hands-on Role Combining
- AI-driven analysis & specification
- Deep technical system analysis (incl. legacy VB6/VB98)
Responsibilities
AI-First Analysis & Build
- Use AI (e.g. Claude Sonnet) to generate:
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- Functional specs
- UI mockups
- Most work is executed through AI (manual approaches are exception)
- Accelerate analysis, specification generation, and delivery workflows using AI-assisted processes
Technical System Analysis
- Analyse complex claims & loss adjusting systems
- Backend analysis including SQL, stored procedures, data mapping and impact assessments
- Support production issue analysis, operational stability, and root cause investigations
- Produce implementation-ready technical documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Loss Adjusting Flows
- Work across:
- FNOL
- Triage & assignment
- Field adjusting
- Billing & invoicing
- Trust & payment handling
- Settlement
AI-Generated UI + Code
- Generate UI mockups using AI
- Translate mockups into working Angular code using AI
- Independently validate and refine production-ready Angular output
- Support scalable reusable component-based front-end architecture
Delivery Execution
- Work directly with engineers
- Ensure outputs are immediately buildable
- Work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and developers across the delivery lifecycle
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile delivery workflows

- AI-assisted analysis & specification (Claude Sonnet / similar)

Must-Haves
- Experience in loss adjusting / complex claims environments (real process exposure)
- Proven hands-on use of AI to generate:
- Requirements
- Specifications
- UI mockups
- Proven ability to generate and refine Angular code using AI
- Strong technical analysis capability (backend + database level)
- Experience with legacy systems (VB6/VB96)
