Senior Technical Business Analyst - CRM Database digital

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst who will serve as the vital link between our information technology capabilities and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Role details

Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst
Technical focus: SQL Databases
Location: London city, 2 days in the office and home working hybrid
Permanent role salary: £60,000 - 75,000
Requirements: experienced business analyst, understanding of databases and data structures/ SQL queries/ REST APIs

The ideal candidate will combine BA techniques and technical ability to understand data and data transformation, with soft skills and the ability to quickly understand our business domain, strategic direction, and target architecture. You will play a key role in enabling the knowledge sharing and transfer of our business rules and requirements for Integration by communicating complex concepts in a simple manner.

Technical stack

  • Databases, data, data transformation, data reporting, analytic applications, data definition, analysis, modelling and mapping, microservices/data hubs/ SQL/Salesforce
  • Software development, software applications

Who You Are

  • 5+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences
  • Proficiency in digital transformation - legacy systems to modern architecture patterns (e.g. microservices/data hubs/ SQL/Salesforce)
