Role Overview
Our Client’s team seeks a Senior Technical Consultant to offer technical consultancy and subject matter expertise to clients implementing and integrating with their products. Senior Technical Consultants apply in-depth knowledge to solve business and technical challenges, working collaboratively to ensure optimal implementation approaches.
Job Description
Explore this role if you can:
- Engage with current and prospective clients to understand their business and technical challenges, offering insights on solutions (including leading discovery workshops).
- Advise clients on core product features and technical capabilities, creating technical solution design documents for development teams.
- Support clients in making informed decisions on cloud integrations and collaborate with Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Software Engineers to deliver successful projects (communicating with client-side technical architects as needed).
- Coordinate with client technical and solution teams, facilitate demos as needed, and explain key benefits and impacts of Our Client’s solutions.

Desired Skills and Experience
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A strong foundation in software engineering with a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) phases: Discovery, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Deployment.
- Proven experience in building, integrating, and deploying SaaS products in cloud environments.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and how it supports secure, scalable applications (AWS experience strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with core technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, with practical production experience.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps automation with CI/CD pipelines, Helm charts, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.
- Proficiency in managing AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC) to maximize cloud resource efficiency.
- Familiarity with basic database administration for MSSQL, Postgres, DynamoDB, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Experience in the Wealth Management industry is a plus.
