Senior Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our Dynamics 365 & Power Platform practice. You will play a key role in designing, extending, and delivering modern business applications built on Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM), Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure integration services.
You’ll work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, supportable solutions. You will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape solution direction and drive platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Delivery
- Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions across Customer Service, Sales, Case/Workflow Management, and custom line-of-business scenarios.
- Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, Power Pages, and PCF controls where required.
- Implement Dataverse data models, business rules, security roles, environment strategies, and ALM processes.
- Work with developers to deliver plug-ins, Azure Functions, logic apps, APIs, and integrations following best practices.

Client Partnership & Consulting
- Work directly with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements and solution approach.
- Maintain a trusted-advisor relationship, ensuring customers understand platform capabilities and roadmap.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design input, demonstrations, and proposal responses.
Delivery Leadership
- Support project planning, estimation, sprint planning, and quality assurance.
- Mentor consultants and developers in solution design, configuration, and technical standards.
- Identify delivery risks and help define mitigation strategies.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required
- 5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions.
- Strong hands-on configuration experience with:
- Model-Driven Apps & Dataverse
- Power Automate
- Security / Environment / Solution Management
- Experience designing or integrating Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
- Solid understanding of C# &.NET, Dataverse plugin development, JavaScript form customisation, and REST APIs.
- Experience working in Agile / sprint-based delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Advantageous (nice-to-have, not required)
- Copilot Studio / AI Builder / Intelligent Automation
- Power Pages design and governance
- Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) experience
- Power BI data modelling / dashboards
- Experience in regulated or public-sector delivery environments
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD for Power Platform solutions (Pipelines / Git Repos)
- Understanding of Microsoft Fabric / Synapse / Data Lake architectures
