Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst with demonstrable experience in the collection, analysis, and dissemination of technical cyber threat intelligence, to deliver a wide range of intelligence products to a portfolio of UK-based and international customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a multi-skilled cyber threat intelligence team, tracking nation-state and cyber-crime threat actor activity.

The ideal candidate will flourish in an environment of uncertainty, given the agile nature in which some of our projects are conceptualised and delivered. They should be passionate about collecting, analysing and operationalising intelligence, as well as effectively communicating with team members and clients, from junior members up to Executive/Board level. They will be comfortable occasionally travelling overseas, working with foreign partners to scope, develop and deliver their intelligence requirements. As an operational CTI analyst, you will play a vital role in bringing your own ideas to continue improving our operational capability, and developing and mentoring analysts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adversary tracking: Continuous and proactive monitoring of threat actor TTPs, campaigns, infrastructure, victimology, and malware families affecting customer sectors and environments.
  • CTI-as-a-Service (CTIaaS): Regular technical reporting and response to Requests for Information (RFIs) submitted by intelligence customers via our CTIaaS portal. Monitoring of customer brand exposure for detection of activity such as spoofing or credential breaches.
  • Produce intelligence products: Dissemination of findings to internal and external stakeholders in a way that’s evidenced, concise, clear, and actionable, in a variety of formats including briefings, visualisations, and technical integration.
  • Mentoring other analysts: Active line management and mentoring of operationally-focussed CTI analysts, developing their skills and assisting with quality assurance of intelligence products.
  • Occasional overseas travel: Occasional travel overseas as part of a team or independently to deliver capacity building, training, and/or intelligence products to foreign partners.
  • Occasional capability development: Occasional remote or in-person consultancy support to customers, helping to develop their own CTI capability or integration with security operations.
  • Threat operations: Cooperating with CYSIAM’s wider Threat Operations team, sharing insights from projects to contribute to our wider threat operations products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
