At Anaplan, we are a team of innovators focused on optimizing business decision-making through our leading AI-infused scenario planning and analysis platform so our customers can outpace their competition and the market.
What unites Anaplanners across teams and geographies is our collective commitment to our customers’ success and to our Winning Culture.
Our customers rank among the who’s who in the Fortune 50. Coca-Cola, LinkedIn, Adobe, LVMH and Bayer are just a few of the 2,400+ global companies who rely on our best-in-class platform.
Our Winning Culture is the engine that drives our teams of innovators. We champion diversity of thought and ideas, we behave like leaders regardless of title, we are committed to achieving ambitious goals, and we love celebrating our wins – big and small.
Supported by operating principles of being strategy-led, values-based and disciplined in execution, you’ll be inspired, connected, developed and rewarded here. Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next - together!
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior Manager to lead Anaplan’s Technical Content team – the group responsible for Anapedia (our product documentation), the Anaplan Planual (our modeling best-practice standard), documentation for the Anaplan Applications portfolio, and supporting disciplines such as localisation. This is a working manager role: you will lead a team of roughly 18 people organised into three sub-teams, while staying close enough to the content itself to set direction, raise the bar, and jump in where it matters.
The ideal candidate is not satisfied with how technical content has “always been done.” You will be expected to question established processes, modernise our content operations, and champion the use of AI technologies to scale content creation, maintenance, and localisation – without compromising the accuracy and trust our customers place in Anapedia and the Planual.
Your Impact
- Set the Direction: Own & drive the vision and strategy for Anaplan’s technical content function, spanning Anapedia, the Planual, Anaplan Applications documentation, and localisation, and translate that vision into a clear, prioritised roadmap.
- Lead a Multi-Team Organisation: Lead, coach, and develop a ~15-person organization structured across two sub-teams, building strong second-line leadership and a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Challenge the Status Quo: Actively challenge the status quo in how technical content is planned, produced, and maintained – retiring processes that no longer serve the business and introducing better ones, even when that means disrupting familiar ways of working.
- Scale Content with AI: Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate content creation, review, updating, and translation, increasing both the velocity and consistency of our documentation at scale.
- Modernize the Content Stack: Evaluate, select, and evolve the content management systems and tooling that underpin Anapedia, the Planual, and our localisation pipeline, ensuring the team works with modern, fit-for-purpose platforms.
- Lead as a Practitioner: Stay close to the work: contribute directly to complex or high-visibility content, model editorial standards, and provide hands-on guidance to sub-team leads and writers.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Support to ensure technical content keeps pace with new releases, platform capabilities, and the Anaplan Applications roadmap.
- Drive Localisation: Own the roadmap and operating model for translating and localising technical content, ensuring quality and consistency across languages and markets.
- Measure What Matters: Define and track metrics for content quality, coverage, freshness, and efficiency, and use them to continuously improve how the team operates.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
