This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for designing scalable solutions, setting technical standards, and delivering high-quality implementations across Sitecore XM Cloud (Sitecore AI), Content Hub, and Sitecore Search.
This role blends architectural ownership with execution: you will define patterns, guide engineering standards, and build critical components yourself while leading a development team and ensuring solutions are robust, secure, and maintainable.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade digital experience solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud (Sitecore AI), Content Hub, and Sitecore Search
- Own solution architecture decisions with a focus on scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability
- Define and enforce best practices across front-end development, backend services, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and design systems
- Review code to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with platform and design system standards and best practices
- Lead technical discovery and decision-making for complex initiatives, including platform modernizations and large-scale migrations
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for marketing-related digital platforms and services

- Develop and support enterprise-grade integrations across CMS, DAM, search, analytics, and marketing platforms
- Optimize performance, SEO/GEO/AEO, accessibility, and security across web applications
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across application, infrastructure, and network layers

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
