Senior Technical Manager | Residential Developer
London | Up to £90,000 + £7,250 Car Allowance
Curated Search is delighted to be partnering with a leading residential developer to appoint an experienced Senior Technical Manager to join their dedicated Fire Legacy team, supporting the delivery of a portfolio of residential remediation projects.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the technical delivery of complex high-rise residential projects, working closely with internal teams, consultants, Building Control and warranty providers to ensure schemes are delivered safely, compliantly and to programme.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of multiple residential remediation projects
- Manage technical teams, consultants and external stakeholders
- Drive design coordination, quality assurance and technical compliance
- Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations
- Oversee Building Control and warranty approvals
- Challenge design solutions and identify value engineering opportunities
- Prepare technical reports and present updates to senior leadership
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Manager or Technical Manager within a UK residential developer or housebuilder
- Strong background delivering high-rise residential developments and complex technical projects
- Excellent knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations and technical compliance
- Experience managing consultants, Building Control and warranty providers throughout the project lifecycle
- Strong leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills
- Previous fire remediation or building safety project experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
