The Role
Define and drive the core platform strategy and roadmap, balancing configurability, performance and resilience.
- Work with Engineering leadership to assess technical trade-offs and shape APIs and developer workflows.
- Represent banks and their developers in product decisions, using feedback to focus engineering work on practical core banking problems.
- Help Client Services and implementation partners align complex client requirements with the platform's technical capabilities.
- Communicate the product vision and technical functionality to internal teams and clients, supporting adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Develop product management practices with Engineering Managers and help embed them across the core platform domain.

What We're Looking For
- At least five years of product management experience in a product-led technology company, with delivery of technical, API-driven or infrastructure products.
- The ability to reason from first principles and debate complex system behaviour, including consistency and availability in a ledger.
- Strong client-facing communication, including technical discussions with enterprise architects and CTOs.
- Comfort writing simple scripts in a language such as Python, alongside the ability to learn unfamiliar technical concepts.
- Commercial judgement that connects platform decisions with customer adoption and outcomes.

Useful Additional Experience
- Banking or other regulated industries, enterprise B2B platforms and a previous software engineering or similarly technical role would all be useful, but are not mandatory.
This could suit a technical platform product manager who enjoys working closely with engineers while staying involved in customer conversations and complex implementations.
