Role Overview
The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a centralized Core Platform used across the company's products, engineering teams, operational systems, and customer integrations.
The platform will manage key business and technical entities, including brands, customer accounts, games, tables, currencies, translations, permissions, API credentials, and shared configuration. It will become the authoritative source of truth for internal services, Back Office applications, and external operator integrations.
This role combines senior product management with programme delivery and organizational change. The successful candidate will:
- Define the product vision
- Gather and reconcile requirements across multiple teams
- Establish governance and coordinate dependencies, migration, and adoption
- Ensure the platform supports existing operational practices while enabling future products, markets, and integration models
The candidate must be technically credible and comfortable working with architects, engineers, and external development teams. They should understand APIs, authentication, authorization, API key lifecycle, access scopes, documentation, versioning, environments, and developer experience.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, structured decision-making, and the ability to drive alignment in a complex organization. Success will be measured not only by platform delivery but also by adoption, data consistency, operational efficiency, and improved customer integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the platform vision, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering across product, engineering, and operations
- Define business rules for Brand, GameType, Currency, Translation, and other related entities that is essential to the platform
- Establish clear ownership, governance, and system-of-record principles
- Coordinate delivery dependencies across multiple teams and environments
- Develop phased rollout, migration, and legacy decommissioning plans
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption activities
- Ensure the platform supports historical, effective-dated, and auditable data
- Own requirements for API keys, permissions, scopes, and credential lifecycle
- Improve API discovery, documentation, onboarding, and developer experience
- Work closely with architects and engineers on API standards and integration models
- Manage programme risks, milestones, decisions, and executive reporting
- Resolve conflicting requirements and prevent duplicated team-specific solutions

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product and project management
- Track record of successful product / project experience on Developer platforms, API management, Fintech, Payments, or iGaming product / project
- Extensive experience managing enterprise, B2B, or platform products
- Strong program, project, and organizational change-management experience
- Experience coordinating delivery across several engineering and business teams
- Good understanding of APIs, authentication, authorization, and access control
- Experience with platform migration, adoption, and legacy-system transformation
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
- Multi-tenant, multi-environment, or high-transaction systems
- Back office, identity, configuration, or customer integration platforms
- Familiar with at least 1 programming language and Database
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
