Senior Technical Product Manager – EMEA
London | Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office
£85k - £100k basic, plus bonus and benefits
Our client is a fast-growing US-based digital marketplace operating at the intersection of technology, sports and collectibles. Having established a successful platform in the US, they are now entering a major phase of international growth, expanding into EMEA and building out their London operation.
As part of that expansion, we are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to become a key member of the product organisation and take ownership of a core area of the platform.
This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for a product leader who wants to join a business at an important stage of its growth, helping shape how the platform evolves as it moves into new international markets.
The Role
As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery for a core area of the platform. A major focus will be the internationalisation and localisation of the product as the business expands across EMEA. You'll be responsible for understanding the different requirements of new markets and translating these into a scalable product strategy.
This is a hands-on technical product role. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable getting into a system design discussion or SQL query as they are conducting customer research and defining product strategy. You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations and finance, helping to raise the standard of product discovery, requirements and launch discipline across a product team that is already moving at pace.
What you'll be doing
- Own your product area – define the vision, strategy and roadmap, aligned to the company's wider growth objectives.
- Build clear problem statements, measurable objectives and robust business cases, making informed trade-offs between short-term opportunities and long-term platform capabilities.
- Partner closely with engineering, writing detailed PRDs and technical requirements and contributing to architecture and design discussions.
- Get involved in APIs, data models, integrations, performance, scalability and technical debt, acting as a strong product partner to the engineering team.
- Lead discovery through customer research, prototyping, experimentation and data analysis to understand customer needs and uncover root causes.
- Work cross-functionally to build alignment and take products from initial discovery through to launch and post-launch optimisation.
- Play a key role in internationalising and localising the platform for new EMEA markets, balancing local market requirements with the need for a scalable global product.
- Champion the use of AI within the product, identifying opportunities to create new AI-enabled customer experiences.
- Use AI tools within your own product workflows to improve discovery, documentation, analysis and decision-making.
- Establish a culture of rapid experimentation, beta-driven development and continuous iteration based on customer feedback and performance data.
- Share product best practice, mentor junior and peer product managers, and help raise the overall standard of product thinking across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
