Currys London Campus at Waterloo
Permanent, Full Time, Grade 4
At Currys we're united by one passion: to help everyone enjoy amazing technology. As one of the best-known retailers of tech, we're proud of the service our customers receive and it's all down to our team of caring and committed colleagues. Join us and you'll work in a great team where you can be yourself and bring your personality. Working as one team, we learn and grow together, celebrating the big and small moments that make every day amazing.
Currys is in the middle of one of the most ambitious AI and automation shifts in UK retail. We are rethinking how customers discover and buy technology, how stores operate, how supply chains move, and how colleagues do their best work. The AI & Monetisation function is where the boldest bets get placed.
Supply chain is central to that shift. Every product we sell has to be in the right place, reach the customer as promised and, when it comes back, be returned to the supplier, refurbished or scrapped. Behind that sits a complex landscape of warehouse, order management and transport systems that is being modernised, and an experienced team that knows how it fits together.
You'll lead our Supply Chain squad directly, owning the data and AI products across forward fulfilment and returns. This is a role for a builder. We're looking for someone who has seen what a modern, data-driven logistics operation looks like, can shape that into a vision that fits Currys, and can bring an experienced team and its stakeholders with them as they move to a product way of working.
You'll partner with your squad's engineers, our Platform Engineering team and colleagues with deep supply chain knowledge, alongside senior leaders across Logistics and Home Delivery, to identify opportunities, rapidly prototype and then take solutions into production.
You'll work with source system owners and the teams leading our supply chain transformation programmes, and engage with IT Operations, InfoSec and Enablement on shared infrastructure, AI capabilities and governance.
You'll also coach and develop the Technical Product Manager you manage, and influence stakeholders at every level, from warehouse and delivery teams to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll build products with a modern data and AI stack: Claude Code, Databricks, dbt, and Omni. Additionally, you’ll need to:
- Shape the data and AI product vision for Currys' logistics operation, bringing an outside-in view of what good looks like and turning it into a roadmap that operational leaders support
- Own the Supply Chain roadmap, covering forward fulfilment (stock, warehousing, transport and last mile) and returns (collection, receipt and onward routing)
- Manage and coach a Technical Product Manager, setting expectations, reviewing their work, and staying accountable for the roadmap they run day to day
- Lead discovery on the harder, more ambiguous problems: the ones that cut across the operation, have no obvious single owner, or need alignment from multiple senior stakeholders before they can start
- Establish product ways of working with a team and stakeholder group used to working from requests: a single route for new demand, discovery before build, and a prioritised roadmap with clear expectations of what will be delivered and when
- Agree data contracts with source system owners, so that data quality and integration issues are resolved at source rather than worked around downstream
- Determine the future of the existing reports and applications: which are replaced by new data products and which are retired, rather than rebuilt like for like on the new platform
- Run agile ceremonies, quarterly OKR setting and roadmap readouts across your squads, giving stakeholders one coherent view aligned to the wider AI & Monetisation roadmap

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 6 years of experience in technical product management, working with data and analytics products, and LLM / ML solutions, including some experience leading or mentoring other Product Managers or Analysts
- Significant experience in supply chain, logistics or fulfilment, ideally in e-commerce, third-party logistics or a retailer with mature data and AI capability, and a clear point of view on what a modern, data-driven logistics operation looks like
- Working knowledge of supply chain systems (warehouse, order and transport management, and planning) and the data they produce, including the challenges of integrating them
- Demonstrated comfort working directly with engineers: you do not need to write production code, but you need to hold your own in technical conversations
- Extensive experience using AI tools to automate and improve your own workflows and your team's, with a clear point of view on how AI can improve the products you build
- Experience with agile delivery in cross-functional squads, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and OKR frameworks, ideally including introducing product ways of working to a team or stakeholder group new to them
- Strong stakeholder management skills with operational leaders, including the ability to manage competing priorities, push back constructively, and reset expectations where needed
- Familiarity with modern data stack concepts: medallion architecture, dimensional modelling, data lakes, semantic layers, or equivalent. Experience replacing legacy reports and systems during a platform migration would be an advantage
- Degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience
- You're a product builder: building POCs and prototypes rather than relying on others
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with your stakeholders, lead with empathy and foster a culture of collaboration with your peers
- Take real satisfaction in helping other Product Managers get better at the job, not just doing it well yourself
- Build your understanding of an operation first-hand, and are credible with warehouse teams and senior leaders alike
