The Senior Technical Product Manager, Swap owns the end-to-end success of the Swap product domain. This role combines strong product leadership, technical understanding, and market awareness to ensure the Swap product remains competitive, reliable, scalable, and valuable for users and partners. The role reports to the Head of Product, B2B SaaS and heavily collaborates with Product Owners to connect product strategy with daily execution across teams. Within the Product department, the person in this role works closely with Product Design, QA, and Engineering teams, while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, and Sales & Business Development to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes. This role requires a product manager who can understand complex DeFi and technical concepts, translate them into clear product decisions, and drive the right actions to maintain or improve the product’s competitive position. \n

Key responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Swap domain, from discovery and roadmap definition to delivery, launch, growth, and optimization. Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for Swap. Continuously monitor the market, competitors, user expectations, and emerging DeFi protocols relevant to Swap. Identify gaps, opportunities, risks, and threats, and translate them into concrete product initiatives or experiments. Drive product actions that help the Swap product maintain or improve its competitive position. Track and improve key competitive metrics such as routing quality, liquidity coverage, conversion, fees, volume, and reliability. Work closely on routing, aggregation, APIs, integrations, liquidity sources, performance, scalability, and reliability. Translate complex technical topics into clear product requirements, trade-offs, priorities, and decision documents. Lead initiatives across multiple product and engineering teams, with strong collaboration with Product Owners. Coordinate end-to-end execution with Product Owners, Product Design, QA, and Engineering teams within Product, and with Marketing, Legal, and Sales & Business Development as key cross-functional partners. Ensure launches and product changes are supported by clear positioning, go-to-market planning, stakeholder communication, and business readiness. Act as the central product contact for the Swap domain across internal teams.

Job requirements 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex technical products or platforms. Strong understanding of Web3, DeFi, blockchain products, DEX aggregation, liquidity, routing, or closely related financial technology domains. Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for a complex product area. Experience working closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, infrastructure, system architecture, scalability, or performance topics. Strong market and competitor analysis skills, with the ability to turn insights into product actions. Strong analytical skills and ability to use product, business, and technical data to make decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong ownership mindset, high attention to detail, and focus on measurable outcomes.
Nice-to-Haves Experience in B2B SaaS, APIs, developer platforms, or infrastructure products. Experience working with partners, integrations, or business development teams.
