At Fora, we're reimagining what the workplace can be.
We create inspiring, design‑led spaces that blend hospitality, community, and wellbeing—so people can work productively, creatively, and happily.
From our first London workspace over 20 years ago, we've grown to 60+ locations across the UK supporting 30,000+ members and partnering with trailblazing brands like Ocado, The British Fashion Council, and Pangaia.
Backed by The Office Group, Blackstone, and Brockton Capital, we're growing fast and pioneering conscious design, sustainable construction, and workspaces that empower people to work in their own unique way.
At Fora, we're not just shaping workplaces— we're shaping the future of work.
We're looking for a Senior Technical Product Owner to take ownership of one of our most business-critical platforms: Salesforce.
This is a rare opportunity to combine product strategy, stakeholder leadership, people management and hands-on technical expertise in a role with genuine impact across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology.
If you love turning ambitious business goals into scalable technology solutions, are equally comfortable influencing executives and building flows in Salesforce, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
You'll own the vision, roadmap and continuous evolution of FORA's Salesforce ecosystem and connected business platforms.
Acting as the bridge between business strategy and technology delivery, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand priorities, shape product direction and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You'll lead internal Salesforce specialists, manage external partners and vendors, and ensure our platforms are secure, scalable, reliable and delivering value.
This is not a role where you'll simply oversee delivery from the sidelines.
We're looking for someone who enjoys remaining technically involved, providing leadership while still getting hands-on with configuration, problem solving and platform optimisation.
Approximately 70% of the role will focus on product ownership, stakeholder engagement, leadership and governance, with 30% dedicated to hands-on technical delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
