Join Computacenter’s SAP Product Management team and play a key role in a major transformation programme that will shape the future of our SAP Sales and Service platforms. In this senior position, you’ll sit at the heart of business and technology, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to define strategy, prioritise investment and drive meaningful change. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile programme with real visibility, supporting critical enterprise platforms that underpin core business services.
As a Senior Technical Product Owner, you’ll play a central part in delivering this transformation, helping to maximise the value of our SAP investment through clear roadmaps, strong governance and close collaboration with technical teams, business leaders and third-party partners. The role offers global reach in terms of project delivery, giving you the chance to influence large-scale outcomes, work across diverse teams and help deliver change that will have impact across the wider organisation.
What you’ll do
- Define and develop the product strategy and longer-term roadmap for SAP Sales and Service platforms.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, improvements and platform investment.
- Lead the delivery of product and project activity across design, build, test, implementation and early life support.
- Own and manage product backlogs, EPICs, user stories and planning activity to support effective delivery.
- Establish and maintain standards, policies and governance for the use and development of SAP Sales and Service solutions.
- Ensure services operate effectively against agreed service levels, performance expectations and cost targets.
- Manage third-party vendors and partners to ensure strong performance and value for money.
- Support service introduction, adoption and ongoing optimisation across the organisation.
- Provide leadership across teams and the wider supply chain, fostering collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

What you’ll need
- Strong experience in product ownership, product management or a similar role within enterprise technology environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Sales and Service platforms and the ability to work effectively with technical specialists and business stakeholders.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps and priorities in line with business needs.
- Good understanding of delivery frameworks and practices such as ITIL, SAFe and DevSecOps.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a complex environment.
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in customer- or user-facing environments, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value.
- A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to coach, influence and drive results across matrix teams.
