We’re working with a leading events agency to find an experienced Senior Technical Production Manager to deliver large-scale international events and exhibitions.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring deep technical expertise across AV, sound, build, lighting, rigging, staging, broadcast and event technology. You’ll work closely with creative and production teams to bring concepts to life, manage suppliers and crews, and ensure flawless execution on site.
The Role
- Lead technical delivery across multiple live event projects
- Define scope, technical requirements and production solutions
- Manage budgets, timelines, schedules and reconciliation
- Brief and manage suppliers, venues and freelance teams
- Conduct site visits and oversee on-site delivery
- Drive quality, consistency and technical excellence throughout
- Maintain strong client communication and confidence

What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience as a Technical Production Manager role within a B2B events agency – essential
- Applicants without this experience will not be considered
- Strong background delivering international events and exhibitions
- Proven experience managing budgets (£500k+), suppliers and crews
- Broad technical knowledge across all production disciplines
- Confident client-facing and highly organised
- Proficient in AutoCAD and standard office software
