We are GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company and a leader in digital engineering. We help brands across the globe design and build innovative products, platforms, and digital experiences for the modern world. By integrating experience design, complex engineering, and data expertise - we help our clients imagine what’s possible and accelerate their transition into tomorrow’s digital businesses.

At GlobalLogic, we have a strong track record of successfully delivering ground-breaking Cloud, Data & Digital Transformation programmes and we have an international reach working with a wide variety of projects and customers. Our approach enables companies to “build the exceptional” and be fit for purpose in the 21st century.

We partner with leading Financial Services organizations to deliver large-scale digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, and platform modernization initiatives across global delivery models. We are looking to hire an experienced Technical Programme Manager - Data & Intelligence Engineering.

About the Role:

In an era defined by data-driven transformation and applied AI, global enterprises require partners who can do more than maintain legacy infrastructure—they need visionary engineering leaders to design, scale, and operationalize the next generation of AI-enabled platforms, intelligence ecosystems, and modern data architectures.

As a Technical Programme Manager - Data & Intelligence Engineering - based in the UK, you will serve as the senior delivery authority accountable for the end-to-end execution of multi-million-pound data transformation initiatives across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors.

The Operating Model

You will operate within GlobalLogic’s high-impact leadership model, working in a strategic triad alongside a Client Partner/Sales Lead (commercial growth) and supported by Offshore Delivery Directors (operational execution). You are the primary delivery anchor ensuring technical integrity, operational scale, and commercial profitability.

You will serve as the trusted, technical "face of delivery" to C-suite client executives. You will bridge the gap between complex enterprise data strategies—spanning Cloud Migrations, Data Mesh architectures, Real-Time Analytics, and Generative AI/MLOps pipelines—and precise execution across globally distributed engineering pods of 100+ people.

The Impact

By pairing technical depth with executive gravitas, you will de-risk platform modernisation, ensure strict financial and regulatory governance (e.g., BCBS 239, DORA), drive referenceable client outcomes, and unlock measurable business value through intelligence engineering.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
