Amazon Ads Brand Safety & Suitability

Amazon Ads Brand Safety & Suitability protects advertisers from exposure to unsafe, unsuitable, or policy-violating content across web, mobile app, CTV, and audio advertising inventory. Our mission is to ensure that every ad impression delivered through Amazon's demand-side platform appears adjacent to content that meets advertiser trust expectations while giving brands granular controls to define suitability on their own terms. We operate at the intersection of advertiser trust, publisher quality, and supply integrity.

We Are Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager

You will drive the execution of complex, cross-organizational programs that protect advertiser trust at scale - including vendor integrations, enhancing capabilities across evolving supply types such as CTV, audio, and gaming. You will work across multiple teams with evolving priorities, define clarity where ambiguity exists, and make trade-offs to drive program delivery. As a Sr. TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints. You will work across engineering, science, product, policy, legal, and external partners to deliver programs that directly impact advertiser confidence.

Key Job Responsibilities

Program Execution & Delivery

  • Drive end-to-end execution across engineering and science teams
  • Own delivery of cross-organizational initiatives
  • Define program milestones, manage dependencies across all stakeholders, and drive teams to deliver on commitments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
