Senior Technical Programme Manager

Location: Hybrid, with customer site visits in Milton Keynes approximately one day per week

Join a Growing Technology Business

As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Senior Technical Programme Manager to play a key role in delivering complex technology initiatives that drive business performance and customer success.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious organisation where technology sits at the heart of what we do. Working across Product, Technology, Customer Success, Commercial and Operational teams, you'll help shape and coordinate strategic programmes that deliver meaningful outcomes for customers and support the next stage of our growth journey.

If you enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, influencing across multiple stakeholders and turning strategy into successful delivery, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As Senior Technical Programme Manager, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of large-scale technology initiatives across multiple teams and business functions.

You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring programmes remain aligned with business priorities, customer needs and commercial objectives. Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you'll help create alignment, remove barriers to progress and ensure successful outcomes.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges and can confidently engage with everyone from software engineers to senior executives and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Programme Delivery & Governance

  • Lead the delivery of complex technology programmes and strategic business initiatives.
  • Develop programme roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and success measures.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure delivery remains aligned and on track.
  • Identify, manage and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Balance short-term priorities with longer-term strategic objectives.
  • Ensure programmes support customer outcomes and business goals.

Technical Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Technology, Product, Architecture and Customer Success teams.
  • Understand technical solutions, dependencies and trade-offs to support informed decision-making.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible business language.
  • Facilitate alignment across teams and support the resolution of technical or organisational challenges.
  • Contribute to the adoption of scalable delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
