We’re looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our Liquid Technical Team and play a key role in bringing the next generation of Monster products to life across EMEA.
With 200–300 projects moving through the pipeline every year, this is a fast-paced role where your technical expertise, commercialisation experience and ability to solve complex challenges will make a real impact.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and develop a team of 3–4 technical specialists, driving delivery and technical excellence.
- Own the liquid commercialisation process, from formulation through to successful manufacturing.
- Lead trials and commercialisation projects, including directly supporting Africa and the Middle East.
- Work closely with NPD, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and external partners to bring products to market.
- Use your formulation expertise to solve technical challenges, manage risk and keep projects moving.
- Drive continuous improvement, finding smarter ways of working and reducing complexity.
- Ensure all technical information, formulation data and documentation is accurate and production-ready.

What are we looking for?
We want someone who knows liquid formulation and commercialisation inside out. You’ll ideally have:
- 8+ years’ experience across product development, delivery or technical commercialisation, including management experience.
- Strong formula commercialisation experience — ideally within beverages or FMCG.
- A solid understanding of formula development, manufacturing and quality processes.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- The confidence to make decisions, challenge the status quo and get things done.
- A relevant Scientific or Engineering degree would be desirable.
