About Mira

Mira is a San Francisco-based hormonal health company that's helped over 350,000 women test, track, and navigate their hormones, from fertility through perimenopause and everyday wellness.

Our fluorescent hormone-testing technology is unique on the market: instead of a simple positive/negative line, it gives you a real, quantitative lab reading at home, validated against the gold-standard ultrasound and used in studies across 50+ universities and by 5,000+ healthcare professionals. We built Mira on one principle: personalized care backed by science, not guesswork.

About The Role

We are hiring a senior, hands-on E-commerce Delivery Project Manager to drive Technical Execution across Mira’s e-commerce ecosystem.

This is a delivery-focused role - you will bring structure, accountability and momentum to cross-functional e-commerce projects and ensure work moves smoothly from planning through launch.

You will coordinate closely with E-commerce, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, Copy and Compliance, making sure priorities are clear, dependencies are managed, and launches happen on time and to a high standard.

The role is focused on delivery - you will work closely with the E-commerce Product Manager, who owns the product roadmap, CRO strategy and prioritisation, while you ensure the cross-functional work required to deliver those priorities moves smoothly from planning to launch.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in e-commerce project management, delivery, operations or a similar role, ideally supporting complex Shopify stores.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional delivery across Design, Copy, Development and Marketing.
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects, timelines and dependencies in a fast-paced startup.
  • Comfortable working with developers, understanding technical workflows and resolving delivery blockers.
  • Strong ownership and organisation: proactively follow up, close communication gaps and keep work moving.
  • Clear, assertive communication with the confidence to drive decisions, timelines and accountability.
  • Detail-oriented, independent and adaptable, with experience using modern project management, collaboration and AI tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
