Senior Technical Project Manager London/Hybrid Salary: £50K-£55K
At CoCo Group, we are partnering with a premier creative production agency known for delivering high-impact live experiences. This is a high-level technical leadership role designed for an expert who can own the full lifecycle of ambitious, large-scale events. You will blend technical precision with creative ambition, playing a pivotal role in shaping how cutting-edge experiences are brought to life for clients across the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead technical delivery across a portfolio of complex live events, managing planning, budgeting, quoting, and execution from concept to completion.
- Technical Strategy & Design: Design and implement robust AV solutions, influencing system design, innovation, and future equipment investment to elevate agency capabilities.
- On-Site Execution: Lead from the front during live delivery, managing technical teams, troubleshooting challenges, and serving as the senior escalation point to ensure seamless execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical voice for internal teams and external client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical feasibility and creative vision.
- Mentorship & Compliance: Support the development of junior team members while owning health and safety processes, including RAMS and on-site best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Extensive experience in technical/AV project management specifically within the live events industry.
- Deep technical expertise in AV systems, equipment strategy, and complex system design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of UK health and safety regulations and compliance for live environments.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of London event venues and Unique Venues of London (UVL) requirements.
- Experience in a creative production agency environment.
