Senior Technical Project & PMO Manager

Within JCDecaux UK, the Senior Technical Project & PMO Manager is responsible for leading complex technology-led transformation and strengthening the controls required to deliver scalable, secure and supportable technology change. The role exists to connect business priorities, architecture direction, technical delivery, PMO governance and operational readiness, ensuring programmes move from scoping through delivery into production with clear ownership, risk management and measurable value.

What you'll be doing...

  • Technical programme delivery: Lead complex technical programmes across discovery, planning, delivery, transition and closure, maintaining control of scope, risks and decisions.
  • Cloud, applications and integration: Coordinate delivery across Azure, applications, integrations, data platforms and digital services, ensuring solutions are supportable and secure.
  • Architecture alignment: Partner with Enterprise and Solution Architecture to manage design decisions, technical standards, assumptions, dependencies and roadmap alignment.
  • PMO governance and control: Maintain clear plans, RAID, dependency tracking, financial impacts, decision logs, governance packs and delivery confidence reporting.
  • Technical delivery enablement: Work with engineering, applications, data, service delivery and suppliers to remove blockers, coordinate readiness and manage cutover or release activity.
  • Business value and transition: Ensure technical delivery supports business adoption, support models, documentation, operational readiness and benefits realisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
