Talent Acquisition Manager – Technical Recruitment
📍 Stratford, East London – Hybrid 📅 6-month contract 💷 £17.30 per hour PAYE, plus holiday pay
We are staffing partners to a leading international organisation seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support its in-house recruitment function during a period of significant organisational change.
This is a hands-on position managing end-to-end recruitment, with a strong focus on technical, software engineering, and managerial vacancies. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver an inclusive, efficient, and high-quality recruitment service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefings and sourcing through to interviews and offer management
- Recruit across permanent, temporary, freelance, and contract vacancies
- Source specialist technical and software engineering candidates through direct sourcing, digital platforms, and talent pools
- Support recruitment and assessment activity connected to organisational change programmes
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide professional recruitment advice
- Use recruitment data and market insights to monitor performance and improve hiring outcomes
- Maintain accurate recruitment records for reporting, compliance, and audit purposes
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and help attract candidates from underrepresented groups
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and ways of working

What we’re looking for
- Strong end-to-end talent acquisition experience within a busy in-house recruitment environment
- Senior-level experience recruiting technical and software engineering professionals
- Experience managing permanent and temporary, freelance, or contract recruitment
- Strong direct-sourcing and candidate-attraction skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities
- Experience using recruitment data and performance metrics to support decision-making
- Confidence working through ambiguity and managing competing priorities
- A solution-focused approach with strong planning and organisational skills
- Experience working within a complex or global matrix organisation would be advantageous
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment or a similar ATS would be beneficial
- Unlimited right to work full-time in the UK
