Senior Specialist, Technical Sales – Wealth Management Services
London
Position Description:
The firm's wealth management platform is an end-to-end solution designed to help financial intermediaries and their advisors manage evolving needs, operate seamlessly in global markets, and drive efficiency throughout their wealth management business.
As a member of the Solutions Consulting Team, you will work closely with the Global Sales team and Solutions team to drive new revenue opportunities in the UK.
The team is responsible for supporting multiple wealth management sales agendas in the UK across all client segments. Working closely with the UK Sales Team and Solutions Team, the Solutions Consulting Team plays a critical role in converting market prospects into platform clients, spanning the sales process from first call to discovery, proposal, and ultimately contracting.
The target audience includes large global bank wealth departments, independent financial advisers, and other related wealth management intermediaries. You will fill a market-facing role and must be comfortable in presentation settings, with an ability to react to prospect questions and concerns. A background in the wealth management industry, with an understanding of how these intermediary businesses operate, is important.
What you’ll do:
- Participating in technical sales activities related to Wealth Management Services sales initiatives, including:
- Working collaboratively in a distributed, team-based environment to support wealth management platform sales across multiple segments
- Working closely with the Global Sales Team and their prospective clients to assess their current and future business needs and match them to the firm's offerings
- Maintaining a current understanding of the wealth management platform services and future roadmap and articulating the most up-to-date information to both internal and external constituents
- Performing wealth management platform sales demonstrations, ensuring demonstration environments are maintained in a reliable, client-ready state, with the ability to drill deep into multiple subject areas including front-end tools and back-end processes
- Alternately leading and supporting Business Discovery engagements with prospects and existing clients, including interviews, written persuasive documentation, and presentations
- Building and maintaining relationships with industry consultants, influencers, and subject matter experts to strengthen market insight and support sales and positioning of the firm's offerings
- Supporting Request for Proposal (RFP) fulfilment with the ability to perform necessary due diligence and research to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Providing market requirement detail to Solutions, Product, and Services teams
- Maintaining and developing a deep understanding of the firm's offerings, providing education and updates to the Wealth Management Services Sales Team

What you’ll bring to the role:
- A strong understanding of Wealth Management / Private Banking with particular focus on front-to-back office and investment management requirements
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills; being comfortable with and enjoying being in a client-facing role
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Experience with wealth management platforms
- Degree (or equivalent experience or studies)
