Senior Technical Solutions Product Manager
Location: Remote — United Kingdom
Role overview
Nasuni is looking for a Senior Technical Solutions Product Manager to own and evolve integrated enterprise solutions that bring Nasuni technology together with cloud platforms, security products, data services, and technology partners.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems, diagnosing difficult integration problems, and turning multiple technologies into solutions that work reliably for customers.
You will work at the intersection of solutions architecture, technology alliances, and product management. You will own assigned solution areas throughout their lifecycle: understanding customer requirements, designing architectures, building and validating environments, maintaining technical relationships with technology partners, and translating what you learn into product and integration improvements.
This is not a traditional feature Product Manager role and not a purely advisory architecture position. You should be comfortable opening a lab environment and building the solution yourself.
Level & scope
You will independently own technically complex solution and integration areas involving Nasuni products and third-party technologies. You will make day-to-day architecture, validation, and solution-readiness recommendations while partnering with Product and Engineering on decisions requiring broader product investment.
Success requires approximately equal comfort working with infrastructure and working with people: customers, engineering teams, support, field technical teams, and external technology partners.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and validate end-to-end enterprise solutions spanning Nasuni, third-party platforms, public cloud, and customer infrastructure.
- Independently create lab and reference environments involving identity services, networking, security, virtualization, compute, and storage across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Own the technical relationship for assigned technology-alliance partners, maintaining regular engineering and roadmap alignment as products on both sides evolve.
- Diagnose complex integration and escalated customer issues, reproduce problems in lab environments, and work with internal teams and partners through resolution.
- Validate compatibility and solution readiness through proofs of concept, release testing, and reference deployments.
- Translate customer and partner feedback into clear integration requirements, technical recommendations, and product-roadmap input.
- Evaluate potential technology partners and alternative solutions when customer needs or market developments expose integration gaps.
- Develop reusable reference architectures, deployment guidance, and technical documentation that improve consistency for customers, Support, and field teams.
- Stay current across enterprise file and object storage, hybrid cloud, security, data governance, and emerging AI infrastructure use cases.
- Use AI-assisted research, analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation workflows where they improve speed or insight, while validating technical outputs and protecting sensitive information.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Expected outcomes and impact
- Integrated solutions remain reliable as Nasuni and partner technologies evolve.
- Complex technical issues are reproduced and resolved more quickly.
- Integration gaps reach Product and Engineering with clear technical evidence.
- Field and Support teams receive validated, repeatable solution patterns.
- Technology-partner relationships produce stronger customer experiences rather than disconnected products.
- New solution opportunities are identified from customer, partner, and infrastructure-market signals.
Qualifications
Must-have
- 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience in solutions architecture, systems/infrastructure engineering, solutions engineering, technical product work, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience building and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure rather than only designing or overseeing it.
- Working knowledge of enterprise file/storage technologies and protocols such as SMB/NFS plus modern object/API-based approaches such as S3 or REST.
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP and with hybrid on-premises/cloud environments.
- Experience integrating multiple vendor technologies into an end-to-end solution.
- Strong grounding in networking, identity, security, and virtualized infrastructure.
- Experience diagnosing difficult technical issues across multiple components or organizational boundaries.
- Ability to communicate architecture and trade-offs clearly to engineers, partners, customers, and non-specialist stakeholders.
- Has personally built full enterprise test environments from identity and networking through compute, storage, security, and cloud connectivity.
- Has owned both the architecture and ongoing health of a third-party integration.
- Has experience moving between legacy NAS environments and modern cloud/object/data-platform architectures.
- Understands emerging AI infrastructure and unstructured-data use cases and can connect them to practical enterprise architecture decisions.
Preferred
- Experience in enterprise storage, file data, data infrastructure, data protection, data security, or infrastructure software.
- Experience creating PoCs, reference architectures, or deployment blueprints.
- Experience maintaining technical relationships with ISVs or technology-alliance partners, from a technical level.
- Experience with enterprise security, governance, or data-security platforms.
- Exposure to CI/CD, infrastructure automation, or API-driven deployment.
Experience guidelines
Typical profiles may bring 6–10 years of relevant technical experience, including meaningful depth in infrastructure, cloud, storage, or integrated enterprise solutions. Direct Product Management experience is useful but is not required; demonstrable technical ownership matters more than title history.
