At Verda, we're building a fully featured European AI cloud - with everything needed to train, experiment with, and deploy AI models at scale.

We are a full-stack AI infrastructure company, meaning we design, operate, and optimize the compute powering modern AI workloads across training and inference. Our infrastructure runs on 100% renewable energy, helping build a more sustainable AI ecosystem.

Join Verda while it's still being built - not once it's finished.

About The Role

As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer either to Helsinki or to London to help us identify, engage, and attract exceptional technical talent.

This is a highly strategic sourcing role focused on building pipelines for some of the most challenging technical positions in the market. You'll partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, map talent markets, and proactively engage candidates long before a hiring need arises.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving difficult hiring challenges, thrives on research and outreach, and sees sourcing as a competitive advantage rather than simply the first step in recruitment.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will build and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles across engineering, infrastructure, AI, research, and product teams.
  • You will proactively identify and engage exceptional talent using a combination of market mapping, networking, referrals, sourcing platforms, open-source communities, conferences, and other creative sourcing approaches.
  • You will build and nurture long-term talent pipelines, developing relationships with candidates well before active hiring processes begin.
  • You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities, define target profiles, and continuously refine sourcing strategies based on market insights.
  • You will provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor hiring activity, compensation trends, and candidate expectations to support hiring decisions.
  • You will contribute to improving sourcing methodologies, outreach approaches, and talent intelligence processes as Verda continues to scale.
  • You will act as a brand ambassador throughout the sourcing process, ensuring every interaction reflects a high-quality candidate experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
