Snyk is the leader in secure AI software development

Helping millions of developers develop fast and stay secure as AI transforms how software is built. Our AI-native Developer Security Platform integrates seamlessly into development and security workflows, making it easy to find, fix, and prevent vulnerabilities — from code and dependencies to containers and cloud.

Our mission

To empower every developer to innovate securely in the AI era — boosting productivity while reducing business risk. We’re not your average security company - we build Snyk on One Team, Care Deeply, Customer Centric, and Forward Thinking.

It’s how we stay driven, supportive, and always one step ahead as AI reshapes our world.

Why this role?

As a Senior Technical Success Manager, you will be a trusted, day-to-day partner for our enterprise customers, helping them adopt and get lasting value from Snyk’s Application Security platform. You’ll be the advisor who turns "security" from a blocker into an enabler, guiding engineering and security teams through their DevSecOps journey.

If you are passionate about helping customers navigate change and unlocking business value through data-driven analysis, this is a great opportunity to grow your career at the intersection of technology and customer success.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive adoption and value realization for a portfolio of enterprise customers across their Application Security workflows.
  • Build and foster trusted relationships with stakeholders across customer engineering and security teams to support adoption and retention.
  • Deliver structured onboarding programs that help customers achieve their security program goals using Snyk’s suite of products.
  • Advocate internally for customer needs, partnering with Product, Sales, and Support to flag risks and inform roadmap feedback.
  • Prepare and help facilitate business review meetings (QBRs), using data to demonstrate ROI and surface expansion opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to remove barriers to adoption and resolve technical challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
