We provide innovative and sustainable all-round solutions to tackle major worldwide maritime challenges. Boskalis has one of the largest global fleet of specialized offshore vessels, allowing us to execute a broad range of offshore activities within the offshore wind as well as the oil & gas industry. Your responsibilities as technical superintendent are:

  • Coordinate with vessel crew, the fleet team and supporting departments to keep the vessel in operational condition and in compliance with class, flag, and OVID requirements to be available for projects.
  • Maintain and promote the company’s SHEQ and No Injuries, No Accidents (NINA) policies throughout all your activities.
  • Report work activities and progress to the fleet team and operational manager.
  • Collaborate with vessel crew, Docking Cell and Centre of Expertise to prepare, plan, and budget repairs for the vessel.
  • Oversee repairs, supervise crew and subcontractors in line with the agreed planning, budget and quality standards.
  • Manage cost allocation for vessel repair, maintenance, dockings, damages, and modifications.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
