Senior Technical Transformation Programme Manager Needed!

I am currently supporting a Nottingham based financial services client of mine who are looking to bring on a Senior Technical Programme Manager on an initial 6 month contract with scope of extensions to support on an Active Directory Programme. The role will require you to go into the Nottingham office 1-2 days a week with my client be able to pay up to £700 per day inside IR35 via an umbrella.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful delivery of complex projects and programmes, ensuring objectives are met within agreed time, budget, scope and quality parameters while managing resources, risks, dependencies and change control.
  • Provide project assurance and governance across the portfolio, conducting reviews, audits and health checks to identify issues early, implement corrective actions and ensure confidence in delivery outcomes.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, acting as an escalation point for project teams, delivering clear performance reporting and ensuring strong communication with clients, senior leaders and delivery teams.
  • Drive a high-performance, customer-focused and compliant culture, promoting excellent client outcomes, supporting team development, ensuring regulatory adherence and continuously improving delivery standards and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Technical Software and application project experience is essential and if you have Active Directory experience that will be advantageous.
