Senior Processing Technician - Lloyd's broking house

Location: London (Hybrid – ideally 4 days in the office, minimum 3)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Benefits
Permanent | Full Time

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Premium Processing Technician to join and lead a growing premium processing team, managing three direct reports. Acting as the senior technical point of contact, you'll provide guidance to junior technicians while ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of Lloyd's market business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance to a team of junior technicians while ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of Lloyd's market business.
  • Process premium transactions accurately.
  • Prepare and submit LPANs, APSs, RPs and other London Market documentation.
  • Handle Xchanging (XIS/Velonetic) submissions, including bordereaux processing.
  • Process binder and delegated authority submissions.
  • Ensure all processing is completed in line with Lloyd's market procedures and internal controls.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support operational efficiency.

Required:

  • 5+ years Lloyd's market processing experience
  • Strong with bordereaux processing, LPANs, Xchanging, binder submissions
  • 3-4 days/week in London office, remaining days wfh
