Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technology Specialist to join our London technology team. This is not a traditional IT support role. You will serve as a trusted technology partner to our investment professionals, executives, and business teams - providing hands-on support across a modern and evolving technology stack that spans cloud infrastructure, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and a growing suite of AI-powered tools.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with outstanding interpersonal skills. In our environment, the ability to calmly and effectively support senior stakeholders under pressure is just as important as technical expertise. You will be a visible, go-to resource across the London office, and your work will directly impact the productivity and effectiveness of the firm.
Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Technology Support
- Provide responsive, white-glove technology support to all London-based team members, including investment professionals and senior executives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues with minimal disruption.
- Manage endpoint devices including laptops, mobile devices, and conference room technology.
- Serve as the primary on-site technology resource in the London office, coordinating with the broader global technology team.
Modern Platform & Cloud Support
- Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Intune.
- Support cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS applications used across the firm.
- Assist with user provisioning, identity and access management, and security policy enforcement.
- Monitor and maintain system health, patching, and compliance across endpoints and cloud services.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
