Senior Technologist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technologist to join our London team. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in unique one off exclusive private residential projects working collaboratively with a broad consultant team. You will have spent more than ten years in the industry developing your skills delivering exceptional properties in the Prime residential sector.

Key Skills & Competencies
We would like to meet candidates who have the following qualifications, skills and behaviours:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in technical delivery stages and construction-stage project involvement within a UK architectural practice.
- Advanced proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD and NBS, with experience leading coordinated project information and technical design packages.
- Membership of CIAT or progression towards Chartered Architectural Technologist status would be advantageous.
- Proven experience delivering high-end private residential (Prime Residential) projects in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, specifications and technical compliance.
- Demonstrable expertise in the refurbishment, adaptation and extension of existing buildings is desirable.
- Excellent technical design, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical, buildable solutions.
- Strong understanding of building fabric performance, thermal upgrades and retrofit strategies; experience of historic or listed buildings is advantageous.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP and specialist consultants.
- Confident working directly with contractors, responding to RFIs, reviewing technical submissions and resolving site-related issues.
- Ability to lead technical reviews and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy across project documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the practice confidently in meetings and on site.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate project delivery effectively.
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance, quality assurance and support.
- Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
