Technology Recruitment Consultant – Private Equity
Finatal is a top performing, high growth specialist recruitment business, focused exclusively on Private Equity clients. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Experienced Technology Recruiter to join the technology practice, specialised in senior appointments across private equity-backed businesses.
Technology is the fastest growing practice at Finatal, with continued growth in demand from Private Equity funds in the UK, Europe and US. The team have achieved a record H1 2026, record Q2 and 25% Year-on-year growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop existing client relationships and generate new business by networking, gathering market information and making business development calls across the Private Equity ecosystem
- Own and deliver against your quarterly revenue target
- Build your brand reputation as an expert in senior mandates across technology sectors providing market intelligence and strategic hiring advice to clients and candidates
- Win and secure retained and exclusive search mandates
- Support and mentor junior consultants while maintaining individual performance
- Use CRM and market analytics to drive activity, opportunities and results

What are we looking for?
- 2-5 years technology recruitment experience, either interim or perm.
- This is a full 360 position, leveraging Finatal’s established credentials and brand reputation to build your network and sign new clients.
- We’re looking for someone highly commercial with a strong business development mindset.
- The right candidate will be self-motivated and set a high bar for success. We are a high performing business, and looking for someone driven and results-oriented.
- A natural networker with excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, inquisitive and energised by a fast-paced environment.
