A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Technology Recruitment Partner to support one of its largest and most strategically important functions.

Technology plays a critical role across the business, driving operational efficiency, platform development and long-term transformation. As investment in technology continues, hiring volumes have increased significantly, creating the need for an additional senior recruitment partner.

You will partner closely with senior leaders, and bring a consultative, market-led approach to talent acquisition.

This is more than a delivery role. We are looking for someone who can provide market insight, shape attraction strategies and influence hiring decisions across complex and high-volume technology populations.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with senior Technology and Platforms leaders on hiring strategy and workforce needs.
  • Lead recruitment for complex and high-volume technical roles.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor activity and compensation.
  • Develop attraction and sourcing strategies for difficult-to-hire skills.
  • Use data and insight to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships across the technology leadership community.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
