You will bring Defence industry knowledge, experience and networks to help us win and deliver projects to solve complex problems for our Defence clients. You will have experience of technology consultative sales and will bring a skill set that aligns with one or more of our priority skills areas; IT Strategy & Architecture Tech Programme Delivery IT Service Delivery Application / infrastructure modernisation IT function transformation / sourcing

What your days will look like:
As a Senior Manager in our A&D cloud and data transformation team, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers to identify and convert new opportunities. Your extensive A&D industry experience and networks to help us identify, win and deliver projects for our Defence clients. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leveraging your networks and knowledge to identify and convert new opportunities.
- Contributing to the development of the market for large scale tech enabled transformation delivery – researching opportunities to work with new / existing clients and helping to bring new offers to the market.
- Owning senior stakeholder relationships within Defence clients / broader Defence ecosystem to support the delivery of engagements and enhance your already extensive networks in the market.
- Supporting the design and delivery of iconic, tech-enabled transformation programmes for some of the largest public sector clients in the UK.
- Helping to grow our multi-specialism Defence technology team, developing the tools and techniques that will help our clients transform their ways of working and secure better outcomes for the people and places they serve.
- Leading on the management of engagement commercials, risk and issue management, performance, project and programme management.
- Mentoring and managing junior colleagues and making an active contribution to the development of our cloud and data transformation and A&D communities.
- Developing your own business, technical and global acumen – learn new skills, keep up to date with emerging local, national and global trends - to help us bring the very best of our firm’s diverse and inclusive culture to our clients.

This role is for you if:
- A UK sole national, eligible to obtain BPSS and SC clearance as a minimum
- Possess experience of working in the Defence public sector and bring a network of relationships across the sector.
- Have proven experience of tech-enabled transformation programmes aligned with one of our core skills areas.
- Have a proven track record of building sustainable relationships across multiple teams / departments / organisations.
- Have experience of interpreting strategic, operational and external drivers for change, gaining respect, building trust and inspiring stakeholders.
- Understand transformation opportunities in the Defence sector and the general factors to be considered while designing and implementing complex transformation programmes.
- Have the ability to forecast costs and manage to programme timelines and budget.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Have the ability to travel as required to meet client needs.
