About Rowe & Co
We're an independent estate agency rooted in Chandler’s Ford, Hampshire, built on honest advice, local knowledge, and genuine relationships. We care deeply about the communities we work in and the clients we work for. As we grow, we're looking for people who share those values and want to help shape what we become.
The Role
Launched just three years ago, Rowe & Co is already one of the leading independent estate agents in the Chandler’s Ford area. We’ve built our reputation by putting people first and delivering an exceptional level of service and client care.
We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Tenancy/Lettings Manager to take a leading role in establishing and developing our residential lettings service.
This is much more than a traditional lettings role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the department, establish its processes and standards, and help create a service that reflects the same DNA that has made Rowe & Co successful: impeccable service, exceptional client care, and a genuinely personal approach.
As Senior Tenancy & Lettings Manager, you’ll be at the heart of developing our lettings operation. You’ll take responsibility for the smooth and professional management of our tenancy portfolio, while helping to establish the systems, processes, and standards that will underpin the department as it grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
