At Olympus, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our customers. Our Service Contract portfolio is a key component of our customer support and revenue growth strategy.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Territory Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our service contract sales.

About the Role

As a Senior Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of Olympus’s service contract portfolio within your assigned territory.

This role will cover Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, West and East Sussex, Berkshire and Greater London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote Olympus service contracts across your territory.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and secure contract agreements.
  • Utilize data analytics and market insights to tailor solutions that deliver value to customers and support business goals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of service contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth contract implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Using advanced selling techniques and excellent business acumen to negotiate Service Contract deals in a highly competitive environment.
  • Develop strategic pricing proposals, evidenced-based value props, and business cases to secure long-term business in the territory.
  • Use accurate and up-to-date Healthcare market intelligence and customer knowledge to tailor solutions and proposals according to Customer strategic priorities.

  • Experience within a field sales environment, within the healthcare industry or service solution-based sales sector covering multi-stakeholder deals & value-based selling.
  • Minimum 3 Years’ experience with a track record of success.
  • Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed.
  • Highly skilled in organizing and planning multiple demands and priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers.
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Focussed personal continuous improvement and development.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
