We are seeking an experienced field-based Spine Territory Manager to manage and grow an assigned territory, develop strong customer relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
  • Promote products, surgical techniques, and solutions effectively
  • Maintain strong product and competitor knowledge
  • Attend surgeries, training, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Manage inventory, loaner sets, and territory resources
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs and product development
  • Maintain the highest standards of compliance, professionalism, and ethical conduct

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ medical device sales or successful territory management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong sales and business-development mindset
  • Knowledge of spinal anatomy; operating-room experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel, including occasional evenings and weekends
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
