Senior Territory Manager – North West

Noble Futures are working with a leading service provider to the veterinary sector, as they look to appoint an experienced commercial professional to drive growth across the Northwest of England.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong network within independent veterinary practices who thrives on developing new business and building long-term commercial relationships. You’ll have the autonomy to utilise your existing connections, open new doors and grow partnerships across your territory, while continuing to develop an established customer base.

With a highly competitive package offering up to 40% bonus, this is a role designed for a commercially driven veterinary sales professional who wants to be rewarded for the relationships and revenue they build.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of independent veterinary practice customers
  • Building relationships with practice owners, managers and key decision-makers
  • Identifying and winning new business across your territory
  • Conducting regular account reviews and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Introducing additional services to existing customers
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent support
  • Keeping up to date with market and competitor activity across your territory

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in veterinary field sales
  • A proven track record in winning new business and growing accounts
  • Strong B2B relationship management experience
  • Excellent consultative sales and communication skills
  • The confidence to engage with practice owners and senior decision-makers
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach
  • A full UK driving licence
