Are you a seasoned QA / Test Automation Specialist looking to make a visible impact within a growing international financial institution?

We are partnering with a leading global institutional services provider currently undergoing a major digital transformation. As part of a strategic expansion, they are looking for a Senior Automation Quality Control Analyst to own and drive the testing strategy across critical core financial platforms (including General Ledger, Fee Reporting, and Client Accounting systems).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test scripts for web, API, and web services using appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for seamless execution throughout the development life cycle.
  • Engage in regular sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions with Product Owners to translate requirements into comprehensive functional and non-functional test scripts.
  • Define and execute testing strategies for core European capabilities such as the General Ledger, Fee Reporting Platforms, and Client Accounting Platforms.
  • Share accountability for production support, conducting post-production validation and performing root cause analysis on test failures alongside the development team.
  • Ensure test data setup, manage environment readiness, maintain documentation, and publish status reports with test coverage traceability.

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated software quality assurance and control experience, with hands-on expertise creating and maintaining test scripts for desktop, web, or API applications.
  • Strong programming skills in one or more relevant languages.
  • Sound knowledge of Agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and defect tracking systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combined education and work experience).
