A really interesting and exciting opportunity has risen for Band 6 Practitioners (Scrub Nurses) to join our friendly and dynamic theatre scrub team within Northwick Park Theatres.
The successful candidates will have an opportunity to work in the 11 Operating Theatres within the elective and emergency pathways which provides a wide range of specialties such as Gynae, ENT, Max-fax, Urology, ENT, Trauma, Colorectal, General Surgical procedures.

The job will be based in Northwick Park Hospital; however per times you will be asked to work in other sites of the Trust (Central Middlesex and/or Ealing). Weekends and night shifts are part of this position.

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Registered Theatre Nurses (Team Leader) who have extensive post registration experience in Colorectal, General Surgery, Urology, Gynae, ENT, Max-fax and/or Trauma.
- Leading a team of Scrub Practitioners to facilitate the smooth running of the Colorectal, General Surgery, Urology, Gynae, ENT, Max-fax and/or Trauma theatres
- Ensuring the day-to-day operation reflects the highest standard of governance, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care
- Using your knowledge and experience to guide and support your team members whilst actively being involved in the delivery of patient care
