An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Specialist Palliative Therapy Team in Bolton
The services provide therapy, care, and support for patients in their own home and in the Hospice.
You will work as part of a Multidisciplinary team, which includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Specialist Palliative Nurses, Nurse Assistant Practitioners, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and Consultants.
Your Role
Your role will be to work with patients independently and jointly with therapy staff on site at the Hospice or within the patient’s own home, delivering therapy interventions to patients under the supervision of senior staff. The therapy interventions will include Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a service in Bolton where you can really make a difference to people’s lives.
