Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a Senior Therapy Radiographer at our radiotherapy centre within Cromwell Hospital in Kensington?

As our service continues to grow, we’re looking for two Senior Therapy Radiographers to join our experienced team, with a particular focus on our MR Linac service.

This is an opportunity to develop your experience in some of the most advanced radiotherapy techniques and technologies available, working across MR Linac, Gamma Knife and Varian Edge within a highly specialised clinical environment.

As a Senior Therapy Radiographer, you’ll work across both pre-treatment and treatment, supporting patients throughout their radiotherapy pathway and delivering safe, high-quality and technically advanced care.

Your primary focus will be supporting our MR Linac service, developing your expertise in MR-guided and adaptive radiotherapy. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across the centre’s other treatment platforms, including Gamma Knife and Varian Edge, giving you exposure to a broad range of complex and specialist treatments.

You’ll work closely with Radiographers, Clinical Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Dosimetrists and other members of the multidisciplinary team, while contributing to the continued growth and development of the radiotherapy service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop your expertise in MR-guided and adaptive radiotherapy, with a particular focus on our MR Linac service.
  • Work across our MR Linac, Gamma Knife and Varian Edge platforms, developing a broad and highly specialist clinical skillset.
  • Deliver complex radiotherapy treatments including adaptive radiotherapy, SABR and SRS.
  • Work across both pre-treatment and treatment, supporting patients throughout their pathway.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Oncologists, Medical Physics, Dosimetry and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols and new treatment techniques.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audit, quality improvement and service development.
  • Support and develop colleagues, students and team members in training.
  • Play an active role in the continued growth of our radiotherapy service at Cromwell Hospital.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
