Role Purpose
To coordinate the ticketing sales process, allocation management and matchday operations for all Tottenham Hotspur Women’s first team fixtures. This will include liaising with key internal and external stakeholders and to be present at first team home fixtures at either Brisbane Road or Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating seating plans for future season and match ticket sales for Tottenham Hotspur Women’s first team fixtures
- Liaising with key internal colleagues, including Marketing, Team Ops, Stadium Management regarding sales timings, promotional campaigns and allocation management
- Work with internal partners to ensure that all ticketing requirements and obligations are delivered
- Acting as main point of contact for opposition teams’ ticketing staff
- Ensure a ticketing presence at all THW first team home fixtures to ensure a smooth delivery and the swift resolution of any ticketing issues
- Ad hoc support for the wider ticketing requirements for the Club, across Men's ticketing and third-party events

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working at a senior level with ticketing systems, within the sporting and entertainment industry
- Excellent and proven face-to-face customer service skills
- Excellent general IT literacy
- Proven strong written and verbal communication skills
