Job Title: Senior TM1/PAX Consultant

Location: UK

Henderson Drake is partnering with a specialist IBM Planning Analytics consultancy to find a Senior TM1/PAX Consultant with strong technical depth and the experience to take ownership of complex client environments and delivery work.

The firm is built around genuine platform expertise rather than generalist EPM capability. Clients come to them precisely because the TM1 knowledge on offer goes beyond surface-level configuration, and the Senior Consultant hire needs to reflect that. Whether it's a complex TurboIntegrator build, a rules architecture challenge, or a performance issue in a live environment, the expectation is that you can lead the resolution with confidence.

This is a role for someone who has spent meaningful time inside TM1 and Planning Analytics environments, understands the platform at a technical level, and is ready to operate as a senior voice within a specialist team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
