Senior TMS (Treasury Management Systems) Implementation Consultant - Perm - UK Remote

The organization is fully dedicated to delivering tailored, high-quality recruitment services within the treasury systems space. Acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, Affina Search works with leading Treasury Management vendors (corporate and banking), payment system vendors, systems integrators, Big 4 and specialist consultancies, as well as FTSE 100 and blue-chip companies across the UK and Europe.
Role Description
The Senior TMS Implementation Consultant role is a full-time remote position focused on leading end-to-end implementation projects for Treasury Management Systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Gathering and analyzing client requirements
- Configuring and testing TMS solutions
- Managing project plans and timelines
- Coordinating with client and vendor stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

The consultant will provide expert guidance on treasury processes, support data migration and system integration activities, and identify opportunities to optimize system usage and controls. The role also involves:
- Preparing documentation
- Conducting user training
- Offering post-implementation support to drive client adoption and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex treasury data, assess requirements, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Consulting and Communication skills to engage stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and present recommendations clearly.
- Software Implementation and Project Implementation skills to lead full project lifecycles, from scoping through go-live and stabilization.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems, payments platforms, or financial software, ideally across corporate or banking environments.
- Proven track record in remote client delivery, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently.
- Familiarity with treasury operations (cash management, FX, risk, liquidity) and related best practices is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional certifications in treasury, project management, or financial technology (e.g., ACT, PMP) are a plus.
