They work exclusively on retained mandates with some of the fastest growing VC-backed scale-ups in the US. Data, AI, Software Product and Cloud. Roles typically sit at $150-400k+ total comp. Average fees are typically $40-50k, time to fill 30-45 days.

Role Requirements
This is not a CV shop. The market is candidate-driven and the expectation is you're deeply networked, consultative, and capable of running a proper retained search. Every consultant gets live retained mandates from day one.
I've personally placed 3 people here. All three built $100k+ pipelines within their first 3 months. You don't need to be the finished article, just willing to push yourself and learn from a really strong team.
