Senior Touring Specialist
Location: London/ Hybrid
Salary: DOE
Hours: Full time
We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Touring Specialist to join our growing business travel team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in business travel, touring and complex travel management, who thrives on delivering exceptional service to high-profile clients and managing detailed, time-critical itineraries.
The Role
As Senior Touring Specialist, you’ll take ownership of complex travel arrangements from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure every journey is carefully planned, efficiently managed and delivered to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex domestic and international touring itineraries.
- Arranging flights, accommodation, ground transportation and other travel services.
- Managing changes, cancellations and last-minute requirements calmly and efficiently.
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and travel partners.
- Providing a highly personalised, responsive service to business travellers and touring clients.
- Negotiating with suppliers and identifying cost-effective travel solutions.
- Monitoring itineraries and proactively resolving potential issues before they arise.
- Supporting and mentoring colleagues, sharing your knowledge and industry expertise.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all travel arrangements comply with client requirements and company procedures.

About You
- Significant experience within business travel, touring or corporate travel management.
- Strong knowledge of international travel arrangements and complex itineraries.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence managing multiple bookings and competing priorities.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when dealing with last-minute changes.
- Outstanding communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong supplier negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team.
- Experience with relevant travel booking systems/GDS platforms.
- Most importantly, you’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys creating seamless travel experiences and takes pride in going the extra mile for clients.
