Chartered Senior Town Planner | Manchester | £38k + Car Allowance
We’re currently working with a well established planning consultancy on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join their Manchester team.
The team is being spearheaded by a strong and experienced leader who is driving the continued growth of the Manchester office, making this an excellent time to join and play a key part in that expansion.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced planner who is looking for greater autonomy, a varied project portfolio and a strong team environment, with a clear route for progression.

What they’re looking for:

- Previous experience operating at Senior Town Planner level
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
- Experience managing planning projects and working with clients
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Someone ambitious, commercially aware and keen to continue progressing
